Wula Drum Performance

Dear 8th Grade Families,
Today, the 8th grade student body gathered for an incredible performance by the Wula Drummers. The performers brought a high level of energy, skill, and cultural knowledge, and the students were truly impressed by their talent.

During the performance, students learned about the cultural background of the drums, the names of the different drums, and the unique sounds each one makes. They also participated by clapping rhythmically and singing along with the performers.

To conclude the event, students and staff were invited on stage to dance alongside the drummers, making the experience even more memorable.
Everyone in the audience had an amazing time, and we are confident this will be a core memory that the 8th grade students will be talking about for years to come.
