Reminder: Parent-Teacher Conferences Tomorrow, December 4th - Student Early Dismissal at 1:00 PM

Dear Robert Moses Middle School Families,

This is a friendly reminder that Parent-Teacher Conferences are tomorrow, Thursday, December 4, 2025.

Early Dismissal Schedule:
Students will follow a modified bell schedule and will be dismissed at 1:00 PM. Parent-Teacher Conferences will officially begin at 2:00 PM.

Parking Information - Please Read:
We will be utilizing William E. Deluca Elementary School's parking lot for overflow parking. However, please note that DeLuca's lot will not be available until after 3:30 PM to allow their students and staff to dismiss safely (their dismissal runs from 2:30-3:30 PM). 

Conference Reminders:
First Quarter Report Cards were posted on the Parent Portal on November 17, 2025, and this information will be helpful during your conferences. If you scheduled appointments through ParentSquare, your conference times should have been confirmed hrough your child's teachers.

If you were unable to schedule an appointment- You may reach out to your child's teacher directly to arrange an in-person or virtual conference.  You can also reach out to your child's grade level school counselors, if there are broader concerns to set up a team meeting.
